Return Policy
We want you to love your plushies! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we’ll make it right.
We accept returns or offer replacements only if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your item never arrived (after 30 days from order date)
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery we will need the following information:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (if applicable)
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for reasons like buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item
- Refunds and replacements are subject to verification and approval
